Andrew Jones joined Bayleys Valuations Limited in April 2021 and is a Registered Valuer. Andrew undertakes a range of valuations, including commercial, industrial and residential across the wider Canterbury market.

Regular assignments include valuations for finance purposes, financial reporting, market rental assessments, insurance valuations, and general valuation consultancy in order to assist clients with their specific needs. This includes valuation of investment properties and portfolio work for private and public entities.

Andrew graduated from Lincoln University with a Bachelor of Land and Property Management (Urban) in 2020. Andrew is a member of the Property Institute of New Zealand and also has Real Estate experience, having previously worked in Commercial Property Management.
