Chris joined Bayleys Valuations as a Registered Valuer in 2014. He focuses on the valuation of residential properties throughout Auckland and has many years of experience valuing multi-lot subdivisions and developments (terrace houses, townhouses, duplexes and apartments) for various purposes such as mortgage lending, sale/acquisition, internal reporting, insurance, and value apportionments for unit entitlements. Chris is a ‘Panel Valuer’ providing valuations to all NZ registered banks, as well as non-bank lenders.

Previous experience includes four years working with Seagar & Partners in Auckland, during which time Chris qualified as a Registered Valuer in 2007. He studied at the University of Auckland, graduating in 2003 with a Bachelor of Property.

Chris is straight forward, clear and concise, and strives to provide quality valuation advice to clients in a timely manner. In his spare time, he is kept busy by his three children, while also enjoying mountain biking, fishing, tennis, and golf.
