Louis' interest in property began well before starting his career in real estate, leading him to complete a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University, majoring in Urban Valuation and Finance. Through his studies, he developed a strong understanding of property valuation, investment, development, and the market forces that influence real estate decisions.

Prior to joining Bayleys Canterbury, Louis gained hands-on industry experience working for a private property development company. His roles in land acquisitions and development coordination provided valuable exposure to the process of identifying development opportunities, assessing land, and supporting projects as they progressed from concept through to delivery.

Now part of the Chris Jones Team, Louis works across lifestyle and development property throughout Canterbury. His background in both development and property analysis allows him to bring a practical perspective to the sales process and a strong appreciation of what drives value in land and property.

Louis enjoys the diversity of the property industry and the opportunity to work with a wide range of people, properties, and projects. He has a particular interest in land development and enjoys keeping up to date with market trends, development activity, and the wider economic factors influencing the property sector.
