As this was an estate sale, we were unprepared and unknowledgeable in the processes to sell the property. Mark came into the picture and was a calm , compassionate and knowledgeable guide. He took the time to listen to our concerns and needs, taking into account the nature of the sale. Mark made sure we understood the market of the area we were selling in, he also gave us helpful advice on the preparation of the property for sale. He teamed up with a colleague who was local to the area we were selling in and kept us involved in that process too. We were kept updated and all progress and feedback was regularly communicated to us. Mark is someone I would happily recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy as his transparency attests to his attention to creating an inclusive environment for us.
