His credentials are impressive: over 40 years in FMCG giving him extensive sales and marketing experience. This includes retail property management and being owner/operator of a mobile barista café. This has given Stephen effective communication and listening skills, which are key to understanding the needs and wants of his real estate clients. Add to this strong leadership skills, a no-nonsense client-centric approach to property, and it’s easy to see why Stephen delivers better than expected results.

Outside of work Stephen has an eclectic array of hobbies including Toastmasters (which has seen him win three distinguished awards and feature as a life coach on a reality TV show) and soccer, which saw him take part in two Chatham Cup finals, achieving an A-class international and spending two seasons in the Australian National League. He loves playing an integral part in the community and was Chairman of Auckland Football Referees for nearly ten years on the NZRC. He has completed BOMA 1 and 2 leadership qualifications.

Hailing from Hungarian heritage and with a wife who is multi-cultural. Stephen has always been immersed in different cultures. Being a father of two adult children and grandfather to three grandsons, family is extremely important to him.
