Dear Santa, this is my wish list

I'd love a beautiful house on a spacious but manageable section, ideal for hosting Christmas lunch with our family. A separate studio is an absolute must.

Since we aren't fans of the cold, heating options - especially underfloor heating - would be a dream! I also need space for our boat and caravan, plus room for veggie beds, raspberries, blueberries, and chickens.

It's important to have a secure spot for my fur babies so I can relax when we're out. Ideally, I'd like to be just outside Christchurch, within a 25-minute drive, but also very close to a supermarket and restaurant.
