'Cricklewood Farm' 120.74 hectares (more or less) is situated between Fairlie and Albury subdivided into approximately 28 main paddocks with approximately 78 hectares deer fenced and 42 hectares sheep fenced.
Currently being run in conjunction with another property, the contour is approximately 58 hectares of river flats and 62 hectares of flat to rolling with approximately 5.5 hectares of trees not registered in the ETS.
Troughed water in all paddocks is sourced from the Cricklewood Water Scheme and a central laneway leads into the deer yards.

The property historically (five year average) carry's 220 mixed age Red Hinds weaning 95% finishing the (208) progeny to 55kg and finishing 85 Cattle to 280kg dead weight grazing 500 2th for the month of June and 300 hoggets' from September to January.
Approximately 10 hectares of kale is grown annually, followed by one year Italian and then sown down into permanent pasture. With supplement feed grown being made up of 120 bales of lucerne baleage, 100 bales of grass baleage, 60 bales of meadow hay with purchases of 10 tonne of barley and 5 tonne of palm kernel.
