William brings dynamic leadership and a wealth of international experience to his role at Bayleys. With over two decades in the property sector, his career spans major global markets, having managed and transacted on significant projects both in South Africa and New Zealand. William’s expertise in the commercial and industrial property arena is vast, with a particular focus on capital markets. Notably, he has concluded landmark deals such as the PWC building for $60 million and the Manawa building for $77 million. His tenure in Auckland allowed him to work on some of the largest transactions across the national market, forging strong relationships with both international and local clients.

William’s competitive spirit drives him to go above and beyond for his team and their clients. He values the family-oriented culture at Bayleys and is committed to instilling these values within his team. Outside of work, William is a passionate surfer and is actively involved in lifesaving training programs.
