Bayleys Canterbury Projects worked closely with the developers Garrison Developments Limited to develop the Brand, logo, tone and message for Verdeco Park. Researching current trends in Wellness through the Global Wellness Institute and by leveraging Bayleys’ National Sponsorship with the New Zealand Green Building Council, our ability to guide our bold and ground-breaking clients towards their end goal, which was simply to create a quality environment to ‘live life well’. Exclusive highlights of the Verdeco Park Subdivision include walk ways and cycle ways with exercise equipment, an electric car station and a community orchard. Bayleys Canterbury Projects specialize in consultation from the early stages of a greenfield subdivisions. Verdeco Park’s immense success is a stunning example, selling the major percentage of stage one off the plan. Stage two has just been released due to the extensive demand created.
Lake Tekapo Five Star Resort
Bayleys Canterbury Projects has worked extensively with the Directors of NZ Horizons Limited to assist in realizing a significant portion of their dream. For Anthony Tosswill, creating a chain of Hotel and Tourism locations around the South Island was his major objective after returning to New Zealand following many years operating resorts in Malaysia. The jewel project in the crown is set in a stunning location on the shore of Lake Tekapo. Lake Tekapo Resort offers a 5 Star quality investment product which enhances the 252 room Hotel and Amenity offering. The project has grown through initial concept development, feasibility studies, product typology consultation, price optimization, logo, tone and marketing message with Bayleys Projects extending a wealth of resources throughout the process.
