- Open to residential, lifestyle, commercial and rural property appraisals undertaken by a Bayleys agent across Canterbury
- Appraisals must be completed and entered to the Bayleys Property Suite platform between Monday 23 February and Friday 17 April 2026
- The person entered in this promotion must be the legal owner of the property, or its representative e.g. a director or trustee
- Prize is one of three Super Round three-day passes (2 adult tickets and 2 child tickets) to all matches on Friday 24 April to Sunday 26 April 2026
- Not transferable for cash
- Winners will be drawn under independent supervision on Monday 20 April 2026 and winner advised by telephone
- If first drawn winners cannot be reached, in person, by telephone by 4pm then alternate winners will be contacted via the same process
- Winners must have an active Ticketmaster account so that tickets can be transferred via email
- One entry for an appraisal; if the appraisal converts to a listing within this period – then five bonus entries are granted against the person’s name
