Ben’s approach to business is a professional attitude, combined with a high level of enthusiasm, no matter what the size of the real estate transaction. Ben has a large portfolio of properties for sale across all sectors of the rural market – dairy, arable, sheep and beef, and deer, as well as small holdings and lifestyle – from the high country to the coast. Ben’s team maintains one of the largest and most comprehensive databases of buyers, categorised by their preferences, to which information on new listings is sent on a regular basis.

Ben is supported and assisted by a highly efficient and professional team, ensuring a quality service that gets results. The team consists of Craig Blackburn, Evan Marshall, Caleb Tod and Tess Rennie. Ben and the team have achieved in excess of $1.41 billion in total sales across the region.
